Our Mission
To implement the Auburn Recreation Committee’s Vision by supporting the following:

Organizing, directing, and promoting planned year-round recreational programs.

Developing skills utilizing all available community resources.

Teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship, and creating a lifelong appreciation for fitness and recreational activities.

Promoting health and enhancing self-esteem in a fun, safe, and supervised environment.

Ensuring recreational activities are available to all youth regardless of age, race, sex, religion, physical or mental abilities, and social or economic status.
Information on Family Cap
Auburn City Rec offers a Family Cap 3 times a year. When a household’s registration total exceeds the Family Cap, in the listed sport seasons, the household registration payment will cap out.
Spring:
$300 Family Cap
Spring Volleyball $40
Spring Soccer $40
Softball $50
T-ball/Coach Pitch/Machine Pitch $40
Baseball $50
Summer:
$300 Family Cap
Swim Team $40
Fall Soccer $40
Volleyball $50
Flag Football $40

Fall:
$300 Family Cap
Boys and Girls Basketball $60 per session
Wrestling $60
Households who exceed the Family Cap will need to reach out to a commissioner for registration assistance.
Continue to register via TeamSnap until the final sport for the season meets the Family Cap.
*Registration for Auburn Half Rack and Golf is excluded from the Family Cap.
