Throughout the Coach Pitch league, participants will enhance their baseball and softball skills while developing proper techniques. Coaches will lead practices focused on skill development and fundamentals, all while fostering good sportsmanship. Remember, this experience is designed to be enjoyable and educational for everyone! Thank you for your commitment to your children’s growth; we’re excited to create a positive and memorable experience for them.
Equipment:
Every participant must have a baseball glove. Cleats are optional, but metal spikes are not permitted. Flip-flops and Crocs are not allowed. We will provide team shirts for all participants, which the coaches will distribute before the first game. Feel free to bring your own bat, but ensure all personal items are clearly labeled.
Game Schedule:
Games will take place on Monday or Tuesday and Thursday nights throughout June (subject to change). The Coach Pitch team will be traveling, and while the exact locations are being finalized, you can look forward to visiting towns such as Johnson, Tecumseh, and Humboldt.
Coaches:
If you are interested in coaching, please indicate your interest on the signup form or contact the commissioner. A coach’s meeting will be held in early May, and you will receive timely notifications from your coach afterward. This will be your first communication after signups. If you don’t hear from a coach by May 1st, don’t hesitate to reach out to a commissioner.
Practice:
Your coach will contact you directly with practice times and locations. We’re looking forward to an exciting season.
