Auburn City Rec softball competes in the Southeast Nebraska Girls Fast Pitch Softball League.

​

Registration is now open through March 6th! 

​

Registration is $50.

Early registration is encouraged. Teams will have a roster cap this season to help with playing time. Players registering after the cap is reached will be “waitlisted.” ACR will do everything we can to create teams so that all individuals can play this summer, however register now to ensure your spot!

Signup is through TeamSnapONE link above and is $50.  Let us know if you need assistance with registration. Please note the new ACR Concession Stand Fee policy effective January 1, 2025.

Please download the new TeamSnap ONE app.  TeamSnap ONE will replace TeamSnap. 

 

The TeamSnapONE app allows coaches, commissioners, players, and parents to communicate. Once players have been assigned to a team you will receive an ‘invite’ email from TeamSnapONE. Download the TeamSnapONE app on your smartphone and/or check your email for team information.

 

Division Information: (ACR teams are based on registration numbers and subject to change.)

8&Under:   9&Under:     10&Under:       12&Under:       14&Under:     18&Under:

The age division is determined by your daughter’s age as of August 31, 2025.

  

A copy of your daughter’s birth certificate WILL be required, according to league rules.

 

8U Division- This is a coach pitch only division for beginning/early softball players. MINIMUM age requirement for this division will be players who were in first grade for 2025-2026 school year. Ages kindergarten or younger are encouraged to read the information for ACR Coach Pitch and TBall.

 

9U Division- This is a player/coach pitch league and will follow Southeast Nebraska Girls Fast Pitch Softball League rules for “rec” play.

10U Division-  This is a player ONLY pitch league and will follow Southeast Nebraska Girls Fast Pitch Softball League rules for competitive play. 

​

12U, 14U, and 18U Divisions- Follow USA Softball rules as agreed upon by the Southeast Nebraska Girls Fast Pitch Softball League for competitive play.

Equipment: Players will need their own glove, red softball socks, and black softball pants. Team jerseys will be handed out before the first game. Helmets and bats will be available, however bringing your own is highly encouraged. Each player having a fielding face mask is highly encouraged by ACR for safety. 

​

Game Schedule/League Tournaments: (Tentative) Games follow a triangular or double header format each game day. Games start in May and continue through June. Final team schedules will be given to players by coaches once finalized by the league.

Additional Tournaments/Games: Teams could play in additional tournaments or games.  These tournaments and/or games are at the discretion of the head coach of each team.

​

Support: Coaches will be needed! If you are willing to be head coach or assist, please check the box on the signup or contact the commissioner. The ACR softball commissioner will choose the head coach of each team. Head coaches will be given a list of parents who were interested in coaching to reach out to for assistance. Head coaches will be asked to complete online SafeSport training at no cost, completion certificate will be collected by ACR softball commissioner.

Practice: After a coaches’ meeting in March, players will be contacted by their coaches. This will be the first notification you receive after registration. Please, if you have not heard from a coach by April 1st contact the commissioner. Your coach will contact you with practice information. Players are expected to attend practices regularly. Playing time can be impacted if players do not attend scheduled practices.
