Swim Meets

Required Items...

  • Competition/Team Swimsuit

Girls: solid red or solid black one-piece swimsuit or red/black team suit. If the red/black suit is chosen, it must be the exact suit shown in the photo below.

Boys: solid red or solid black or red/black team jammers.
Teams suits can be found in the team store on swimoutlet.com. These suits are much cheaper on this website than they are in stores and Amazon. Any brand will work for the solid red or black suits but must be brand/suit specific for the red/black team suit shown below.

  • Goggles - You will want competition style swim goggles. Regular swim goggles do not work when diving and often fall of their faces. Affordable goggles can be found in the team store (linked above). Make sure they are tightened before the swim meet. Goggles are easily misplaced or broken, it is a good idea to have a backup pair in your bag.

  • Towels - bringing more than one towel is highly suggested…One to sit on and one to dry off with.

  • Water bottle and/or sports drink to stay hydrated

Highly Recommended Items...

  • Swim Cap - If you have long hair, be sure to get a long hair cap

  • Sunscreen

  • Cooler for snacks/drinks

  • Flip-flops or slides

  • Sweatshirts and sweatpants may be needed for the morning meets on Saturdays.

  • Camping chairs and sun protection are highly recommended for parents/families. Swimmers will hang out under the team tent at away meets.
